Banana bread recipe

I've only just recently discovered banana bread but now every time I get my morning coffee I make sure I get a slice or too. With my wife now on maternity leave she was looking to fill up her time by doing her some cooking. I suggested that she make some banana bread and I found this Banana bread recipe that she could use.
