Recently I have been thinking about what to put in my back garden as a cooking option. A few days ago I went to a friends house who had built a pizza oven from brick and stone in his backyard. I thought this was a great idea but the challenge is building the thing. The next challenge is to actually use it - its something that you might use once or twice a year.
I think I might just use a gas barbecue grill instead. Simple, easy and I can see myself using it on many occasions during the years. One benefit will be when cooking fishing - instead of cooking the fish inside I plan on doing it on the barbecue outside and save the house from that fishy smell which I find lasts for a couple of days after.
